A real estate “paralegal” is a title given to most people who work under a Real Estate Attorney. Attorney States are where all real estate transactions such as closings have to be overseen by a licensed attorney however the behind the scenes staff made up of PreClosers, Closers and Post Closers are considered the Paralegals. There are also non attorney states that do not require attorney oversight. Many states do not require a specific license or degree to become a real estate paralegal. This role is also called Escrow Officers, Settlement Agents or Title Closers (depending on your state).

With our 4 week training, depending on your state you will be skilled to work for title companies, closing attorneys and more. We do not train on the law, we train on the processes and procedures of the closing process.
Yes we can prepare you for these roles in 4 weeks. The program is intense yet incredibly informative. You can be located in any state to take advantage of this training.
