🌱🫘 Garden Discoveries at Riverstones! 🫘🌱

Today, two of our little gardeners were busy helping in the garden when they made an exciting discovery… GREEN BEANS! 🌿

Of course, finding them wasn’t enough—they wanted to know what was inside! So they opened the green beans up and took a closer look at the seeds hiding inside. 👀🫘

What started as a little garden helper job turned into a hands-on science lesson filled with curiosity, observation, and discovery. 💚 There’s nothing quite like letting children explore the world around them and learn through their own questions!

🎉 What an AMAZING first day of Georgia Pre-K at Riverstones Academy! 🍎📚

Our classroom was filled with smiles, laughter, curiosity, and so many exciting firsts! From gathering together for story time 📖, to enjoying lunch with new friends 🍎🥛, to exploring hands-on learning with math manipulatives and open-ended materials 🧸🌈, our students jumped right into learning through play.

We are so excited to watch this incredible group grow in confidence, kindness, creativity, and independence throughout the school year. Here’s to a year full of discovery, friendships, and unforgettable memories!

Today we’re celebrating our oceans, the animals who call them home, and the little learners who will help shape a brighter future.

At our school, we believe kindness extends beyond the classroom — to our friends, families, communities, and the world around us.
