Reigniting Educational Excellence in Our Community We began as moms chatting in grocery stores and around the dinner table.
The discussions often led to several troubling trends:
Many students in the Mays High school cluster do not use the local neighborhood public schools
Many parents believe academic rigor and discipline are missing in some schools in the cluster. We recognized our neighborhood resources in the community were not being used effectively. As parents, we came together to consider ways:
