The first building on campus stepped into was The Kendeda Building. chased the building Director down the street after class to get more information about the building. And now, they've graduated after finishing three years as Fellows. We'll miss both of you. But we are so excited about what the future holds for y'all. And , we're grateful to have you as a Fellow for another semester!

Kendeda Building Director Shan Arora was named one of ten recipients of the 2026 Living Future Hero Award at the Living FUture Conference in Seattle. The award recognizes leadership advancing regenerative design, sustainable materials, and equitable practices in response to climate change and social inequality. Heroes are Living Future members who champion Living Future projects and push the field forward through both advocacy and practice.
