Women’s equality in STEM starts with access, opportunity, and representation.

Every girl deserves the chance to explore STEM, develop her potential, and see herself as part of the people shaping our future.

There should always be room for every girl at the STEM table.

How does an airplane stay in the sky? ✈️

It all comes down to four forces: **lift, thrust, drag, and weight.** Understanding how they work together is a fun way to explore the science and engineering behind flight.

Young people are not just preparing to change the world someday. **They are already contributing ideas, asking important questions, and creating solutions today.**

When we listen to young people, give them room to experiment, and take their ideas seriously, we create stronger learning experiences and a more innovative future.

This International Youth Day, let’s move beyond simply preparing young people for tomorrow. **Let’s give them opportunities to shape today.**

Young people aren’t just learners—they’re thinkers, creators, problem-solvers, and future leaders. When we make space for them to share their ideas, ask questions, and express their perspectives, we create learning experiences that are more meaningful, inclusive, and empowering.

Listening to young people helps us understand what inspires them, what challenges them, and how we can better support their growth. Their voices can shape better classrooms, stronger communities, and a brighter future.

Don’t just teach young people. Listen to them. Their voices matter.

As a new school year begins, the most powerful tool a student can bring into the classroom isn’t just a notebook—it’s curiosity.

Every innovation starts with a simple question. Encouraging young learners to ask *Why?*, *How?*, *What if?*, and *What could I change?* helps build the critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills they’ll use for a lifetime.

Which of these questions do you think sparks the biggest breakthroughs? Tell us in the comments.

Save this post to revisit throughout the school year, and share it with a student, parent, or educator who believes in the power of curiosity.

August is here! And we’re stepping into a new month with fresh ideas, new possibilities, and plenty of opportunities to keep curiosity in motion.

Here’s to another month of building, creating, experimenting, and making learning fun through STEAM. Let’s see what August brings!

This High Jump STEAM activity challenges children to design and build their own cup launcher using simple materials like paper cups, rubber bands, coloured paper, and glue. Along the way, they’ll explore concepts like force, tension, energy transfer, and engineering design through play.

It’s a fun reminder that some of the best STEM lessons start with everyday materials and a big imagination.

Would your young engineer be able to launch their cup the highest?
