Many of you ask me what we mean by ‘She Is Not Your Rehab’ so I thought I’d put this list together -

1. She is not responsible for your emotional rehabilitation.

2. Your healing is your responsibility and yours to take initiative for and manage.

3. Any healing needed for you, cannot come at the expense of her healing, health and wellbeing.

4. She can support you but she can never do more for you than you are prepared to do for yourself.

5. Regardless of what anyone has done TO YOU, it is now time FOR YOU to take ownership of your own life and be committed to living it wholeheartedly enough to do any work needed. Your childhood trauma wasn’t your fault but your healing IS now your responsibility.

6. True change comes from genuine growth. Growth happens once we heal. Healing starts when we begin to FEEL our pain.

7. Hurt people inevitably hurt people because what we will not transform, we transmit on those around us and healed people do indeed heal people. The question is WILL YOU have the courage to heal?

Laying in bed this morning, listening to the silence. Started having my normal silent heart to heart, no words conversations with God. Any of you just talked to God without using words! Whew! Deep talk from your HEART! So my phone rings and I answer it… and just like that…. she was calling to talk about exactly what my discussion with God was about, she called with the answer! I laughed inside because when you think God is not listening that’s when he will send an immediate answer! My silent CRY this morning was a DIFFERENT CRY! And instead of giving me a slow answer, He knew I NEEDED A RIGHT NOW ANSWER! He put something in my Spirit this morning and I am going to share it with you all…

There are going to be people with the OPPORTUNITY to help you, but they will not have the DESIRE to help you… so they won’t!

Then there are people with the DESIRE to help, but will not have the OPPORTUNITY to help you… but STILL HELP ANYWAY!

Keep your DESIRED circle PROTECTED it’s a RARE circle to come by! But make sure you don’t get your OPPORTUNIST CIRCLE of “friends/associates” confused with your DESIRED circle!
