Last Friday, our ABA Rep, Destiny Thomas, and SBA President, Jodi-Ann Salters, had the privilege of attending the Annual America Bar Association Meeting in Chicago. While in attendance of this meeting, Destiny and Jodi-Ann had the opportunity to attend round table discussions where they partook in candid conversations about the experience of minority students at various institutions and what could be done to support respective efforts on campuses.

Just a friendly reminder that this Saturday, April 13th, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM at D.H. Stanton Park, we will be enjoying 70°+ weather, great music by a DJ, catered food, engaging team-building activities, and a Kickball Tournament! All including children are welcome. We are incredibly proud to announce that our Vice President, Ricky Panayoty, has achieved second place in the highly competitive BESLA NIL Writing Competition. His exceptional writing skills have earned him an invitation to attend the prestigious BESLA’s 43rd Annual Conference, which will take place in the beautiful tropical location of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We extend our warmest congratulations to Ricky for this outstanding achievement.
