Listening with the Heart
There is a knowing inside of you
that doesn’t need to be taught…
it needs to be heard.
In a world full of noise and fast reactions,
we are learning to pause…
to listen…
and to choose with awareness.
When the heart is clear
and the mind is aligned,
our decisions become powerful.
🕊️ Today’s WOA Sunday
We are learning how to listen… before we act.
We are the Ubuntu Generation.

Haley’s rise is electric and unstoppable. Will her bold push for equity shake up the system forever? One thing is certain: this is the kind of history that stirs hope and sparks ambition across an entire generation.

Emotional discipline is strength.
I have feelings… but my feelings don’t control me.
I can feel upset, sad, or excited — and still make good choices.
Being strong means I stop, think, and choose how to respond.
Reflection:
Did I stay in control of my feelings today?
Reminder:
When I control myself, I help make my home and community better.
