Here’s a short and helpful list of things to consider in 2026 as you flip through the post:
1. Shift from Busy to Intentional -> Being busy is a frantic state while being intentional is a focused state.
2. Move from Comparison to Curiosity -> as one of my favorite sayings goes: “Comparison is the thief of joy.”
3. Adjust from Outcome to System -> I love this phrase I’ve come across in the past: “You don’t rise to the level of your goals; you fall to the level of your systems.”
4. Transition from Waiting to Doing -> I learned this the hard way - you’ll learn more by doing it wrong for a week than by thinking about it for a year. Action generates clarity.
5. Jump from Shame to Strategy -> Beating yourself up wastes time and energy. Feeling bad about a mistake won’t fix it; taking a new approach will.
