Reynoldsburg, Ohio, Ali is setting the STANDARD for salon suites! 💅🏽🔥

is one of the most impressive salon suite locations I’ve visited!

Ali has been in business for almost 10 YEARS, and nearly her entire team followed her from her original salon to her salon suite location! 👏🏽

And let’s talk about that 100% OCCUPANCY RATE! 🏢💰

She’s becoming one of the top leaders in the nail industry in her area, and I love to see it!

Huge shoutout to Ali! Can’t wait to see where you take this business over the next few years! ❤️🔥

I didn’t have a mastermind or mentor when I started. I was figuring EVERYTHING out on my own. 😩

I dealt with stress, anxiety, lost money, and learned a lot of lessons the hard way.

That’s a big reason why I created my program. I wanted other people to have the guidance I wish I had.

And once I got open, I invested nearly $80,000 into my own personal development. 💯

Sometimes you go through it first so you can make the road easier for somebody else. ❤️🔥

Okayyy Paula!! 👏🏽🔥
My mentee started with us in February and has been putting in the WORK ever since.
Business established. ✅
80 PAYDEX score. ✅
Personal credit in the 800s. ✅
Trademark filed. ✅
And now $105,000 in business funding secured! 💰
I love celebrating the big wins, but I love the work that happens BEFORE the win even more.
Super proud of you Paula! Keep going! ❤️🔥

One thing I teach my salon suite owners is to understand the agreement you’re using with your tenants. 💯

A lease and a license agreement are NOT the same thing.

Depending on your state and how your business is structured, a properly drafted license agreement may give you more flexibility when dealing with non-payment or removing an occupant.

Don’t just copy something off the internet. Have a local attorney make sure your agreement actually protects you. 🏢🔥

DELAWARE, this is the salon suite location y’all been waiting for!! 🎀✂️🔥Big congratulations to my mentee Danielle on off...

Big congratulations to my mentee Danielle on officially cutting the ribbon at !

From finding the location, to the buildout, to finally opening those doors, she stayed with it and got it DONE. 👏🏽

And now she’s officially operating the largest independently owned salon suites in Delaware! 🏢🔥

So proud of you Danielle! THIS is what finishing the journey looks like! ❤️

Your lease can make or BREAK your salon suite business. 💯

And trust me, EVERYTHING is negotiable until it isn’t.

Before my mentees sign anything, there are certain terms I want them asking for.

Here are 7 things you should try to negotiate BEFORE you sign that lease. 🏢🔥

My mom worked HARD to give me and my siblings the best life she could growing up in Michigan. ❤️

She kept us on the right track even when there were plenty of distractions around us.

So being able to take her to the lot, tell her to pick whatever car she wanted, and PAY CASH for it was a huge blessing for me. 🙏🏽

She kept trying to do the math on the monthly payment, but nah Ma… we wasn’t going out like that! 😭❤️ No payments!

Thanks to mom for everything you sacrificed for us. 🥹 Even now that I’m grown, you still pour into me and our whole family.

I love you, Ma. You deserve it. ❤️🙏🏽

The difference between leaders who SCALE and leaders who plateau? 📈

They never stop learning.

I don’t care how successful you become, there’s ALWAYS another level and something you don’t know.

That’s why I still invest in information, mentorship, and getting around people who know things I don’t. 💯

You don’t know what you don’t know. 🔥

Don’t try to find your salon suite location by yourself. 💯

One of the FIRST things I teach is to find a good commercial realtor who can negotiate on your behalf.

Because finding a space is one thing. Getting the RIGHT deal is another. 🏢

Free rent, tenant improvement money, lease terms, pricing... all of that matters.

The numbers have to make sense BEFORE you sign anything. 🔥

Reevaluate your business. 💯

What’s working?
What’s costing you money?
Where are you overspending?

Don’t wait until something breaks to make changes. 📈🔥
