Good Morning ARRSD Community:

Many of you may already be aware that there was a tremendous police presence at our high school last night.

I wanted to assure the community that nothing serious occurred and that nobody was hurt.

This was a "Swatting" incident, where someone called the police to our building as a prank.

The police are still investigating, and all appropriate actions will be taken.

Again, I wanted the community to know that nothing serious happened, and that nobody, in any way, was injured. I’d also like to send a tremendous “Thank You!” to our APD and any law enforcement officers who assisted. I know it was a late night.

OFFICIAL COUNTDOWN! 1 more day til our district wide Back To School event. On Thursday, August 20, 2026 will be the 3rd Annual ARRSD Back To School Celebration @ Fish Park from 4:30-6:30 pm. We would love to welcome you and your family to stop by and enjoy. We will have food, backpacks, school supplies, raffles, music and so much more! This is a completely FREE event for all families.
