Mission Statement:
The PTU is organized for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the educational experiences of Athol Elementary students by:
1) Providing an organization through which the guardians, teachers and staff can
work cooperatively.
2) Providing financial support for teachers and programs which are not funded
within the annual school budget; and
3) Pro

viding oppertunities for students outside of those provided and funded
within the annual school budget.

****Update, the missing juvenile has been located safely. The Sheriff's Office thanks the public for their assistance.

The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 11 year old. Karah Kaley-Smith was last seen this afternoon walking away from Athol Elementary near 6th and Menser in Athol, ID.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket w/ white hood. Unknown pants, sparkle backpack, and pink rain boots.

Please contact the Sheriff's Office if you have information on her location.

Thank you to all of our students that have participated so far! Book Buddies will be delivered to classrooms this afternoon.
If your student has not received a Book Buddy, please make sure they turn their lanyard in with a valid prize code (not the School ID).
Prizes will be delivered to classrooms within 1-2 days of being received by PTU.

School Store is partnered with over 300 merchants. When you shop online through School Store, a percentage of sales will be returned to our school!
