Let us introduce you to Angelica Soto ‘22, who shares her this week! Ⓜ️
“During my time at Menlo College, I was a full-time student-athlete on the Menlo Women’s Soccer team, where I learned the importance of balance, commitment, and teamwork both on and off the field. I studied Sport Management, which sparked my passion for understanding the sports industry beyond competition and exploring a career path behind the scenes.” 📣⚽️
“The community at Menlo was incredibly welcoming, and I am grateful for the lifelong friends & mentors I gained during my time there. With the guidance of my Sport Management professor, Arman Medina, I was accepted into the Sport Management Master’s program at the University of San Francisco. “ 🌉
“After graduating from Menlo, I immediately gained hands-on experience across multiple roles working game days with the San Francisco 49ers and later with the San Jose Earthquakes. Today, I work for a Bay Area nonprofit that partners with professional sports teams, artists, and musicians to create opportunities for youth to grow artistically, athletically, and academically, where I continue to grow professionally and was recently promoted, allowing me to stay connected to sports in a meaningful and impactful way.” 🙌
