No only does Lake Baikal have its fame as a geographically remarkable spot in Russia, but also as a main protagonist of multiply legends. Lets have a look at the mythical world of the old grandpa Baikal!
Once upon a time, the only daughter of Baikal, Angara, escaped to her lover - the knight of the Yenisei. Enraged Baikal threw a huge rock to block her way, but it was too late. Since then, the Angara and the Yenisei flow together along the Siberian wilds. And the top of the rock can be seen in the source of the only river flowing from the Baikal.

Кофе для всех!
