Last Thursday, Brother Ian Roberts was awarded the Society’s highest honor, the Phi Kappa Speaker’s Key. The resolution, presented by Sister Dylan Russell, passed unanimously among Siblings. Congratulations and To Order!

Last Thursday,Phi Kappa's freshman completed in our annual Freshman impromptu competition, delivering extemporaneous speeches on resolution created by their sponsors ranging from the ethics of separating the art form the artist to weather Five Night’s at Freddy's is the best franchise.To Order !

On Thursday night, Siblings gathered in the Hall to debate the resolution BIHR: Fourth-Wave American Feminism is Ineffective to the Advancement of Women’s Rights. With a vote of 20 ayes to 0 nays and 2 abstentions the resolution passed amongst actives as well as guests with a vote of 1 aye to 0 nays to 2 abstentions. On Thursday, our siblings competed against a team of alumni debating the resolution, BIHR: The Consumption of Non-Fiction True Crime Media Undermines the General Wellbeing of American Society. After hearing well-crafted arguments from both sides, our alumni ultimately won the debate! Brother Jonah Sykes was honored as the best speaker of the night for the actives and Brother Phil Grant won best speaker for the alumni.
