As temperatures rise, remember that hydration is KEY 💧 Stay cool, take breaks in the shade, and know the signs of heat illness like dizziness, nausea, and exhaustion 🥵

Summer also brings an increase in thunderstorms and tornadoes ⛈️ Be weather aware and know the difference:
