🍔🍔🍔SDA, it is that time!!!! Our end of the year social is finally here! We will have our social at Farm Burger THIS Wednesday at 6:00 pm. It is so much fun! We will announce executive board and take a photo of the new board!!! Please join us! Bring your student ID to get a burger and fries on SDA!

Congratulations to three FACS students from the UGA Department of Nutritional Sciences on receiving statewide honors from the Georgia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (GAND):

Gabriela Contreras, a dietetics major, received the Outstanding Dietetic Student award in the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) category.

Mary Lazzaro, a Ph.D./Dietetic Internship student, received the Distinguished Service by a Researcher award.

Megan Appelbaum, a Ph.D./Dietetic Internship student, received the Outstanding Dietetic Student from a Dietetic Internship award.

The students will be recognized at the GAND Award Ceremony on March 20 in Atlanta.

Hi everyone! Welcome back for another semester of SDA! I hope everyone has had a great start to the spring semester and an awesome welcome back after the holidays. We wanted to share the spring semester so you can mark your calendars. The meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. in Dawson 101.
