The Iota Zeta Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota received its charter at the University of Georgia on January 30, 1940. The chapter is a part of the Tau A Province and in Region IV. Since its charter, the chapter has remained active on campus as an International Music Fraternity focused on supporting and promoting music, serving through music, and creating close bonds of sisterhood.
