Did you know that Capstone College Care offers group therapy? We believe that social support can have a huge impact on students’ mental health. According to Ph.D clinical Psychologist Judye Hess, “group therapy can be more powerful and mutative than individual therapy.” At Capstone College Care, our group therapy program provides students with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, relationship skills, assertiveness, and more.
