Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate academic and spiritual growth.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities and positive reinforcement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
• A strong understanding of child development principles and spiritual education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for nurturing and supporting children’s growth and development.
