Class of 2027 students and families- Join the Cedar Shoals High School Counseling Team for our 12th Grade Family Meeting on Thursday, August 27 at 6:00 pm in the CSHS Auditorium.

We’ll share important information to help seniors and their families prepare for a successful year, including graduation requirements, individual senior meetings, college applications and scholarships, HOPE and GAFutures, military and career opportunities, cap and gown information, senior trip GradBash, important senior dates, and more.

IT’S GAME DAY, JAG NATION! Cedar Shoals Football takes the field at HOME tonight as the Jaguars take on Heritage High School! Kickoff is at 7:30.

Before heading to the stadium, please remember:

• Students below high school age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Bookbags are prohibited.
• Attendees must follow the Cedar Shoals Athletics Clear Bag Policy.
• Ticket gates are CASHLESS. Purchase tickets through GoFan: https://gofan.co/app/school/GA4880
• Guests age 60 & up are free. Students may purchase a student ticket at a discounted rate, but must show their Cedar Shoals student ID at the gate.
• Wear your BLUE & ORANGE and come ready to support the Jags!

Registration for the ASVAB is now open! Cedar Shoals students interested in exploring military careers or learning more about their career strengths are encouraged to register for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB).

The ASVAB will be administered on September 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the JROTC Building. Scan the QR code on the flyer or check your CCSD email to register and take the next step in exploring your future career options!

It’s been a great week for our Lady Jags! Lady Jaguar Softball picked up its first win of the season on August 19 with a 13-5 victory over Discovery. Lady Jaguar Volleyball followed it up on August 20 with a big night of their own. Congratulations to Varsity on earning its first win of the season, and congratulations to JV for going 2-0 and winning both of their matches! Go Jags!!!
