I am excited to introduce Dr. Rachel Watts! She completed her PhD last week at The University of Georgia Adult Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development Program! Heartfelt thanks to her committee, Drs. Dr. Joshua C. Collins, Allie Cox, and Juanita Johnson-Bailey. She also had supportive family and co-workers join us for the conversation.

It's been a busy season for dissertation defenses in the University of Georgia Adult Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development program, and I am delighted to introduce Dr. Laronda Brown!
