There’s something pretty powerful about a community that shows up. This morning, 50+ local businesses and community partners gave their time, energy, and expertise to help 508 eighth graders start thinking about what comes next — high school, future careers, and all the possibilities in between.

Today wasn’t about having all the answers. It was about opening doors, sparking curiosity, sharing real-world experiences, and helping students see that their path can take them somewhere exciting.

To every business, professional, volunteer, educator, and community member who took a morning to invest in these students: thank you. You gave them more than your time. You gave them a glimpse of what’s possible.

Thank you United Way of McMinn and Meigs Counties for helping us provide Dolly’s Dream in McMinn County.

Give Like Dolly Day is coming September 25!

Dolly Parton believed in giving back and helping children dream bigger—and this year, we’re celebrating that spirit through Give Like Dolly Day.

On September 25, we’re inviting communities all over the world to join us in giving back to children by supporting your local Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program. Your support helps make it possible for the children in your community to receive a free, high-quality book every month from birth to age 5.
