We had a great morning with the Athens Limestone CEO program! We started the morning off with some fun and led the students through team-building activities at Jimmy Gill park. See y'all again in September!!

Reminiscing on our final week of summer fun 🤩

We opened with another float trip at Joe Wheeler State Park and closed our July calendar by having Extension Agent Susan Hill (Food Safety + Quality) in our culinary lab for a round of homemade strawberry-kiwi jam 🍓🥝

We're going to miss Mrs. CJ so much, but we're excited to see her during 4-H Club meetings next school year! We wish her nothing but the best as she begins this new adventure. Now we're looking for the next person to join our team! We're hiring a part-time 4-H Agent Assistant.

Our amazing 4-H Agent Assistant, Cara Jane Brister, has accepted a teaching position at Athens Intermediate School and will be leaving our team in a few weeks. Cara Jane has been an incredible asset to the Limestone County 4-H program, and while we will miss her tremendously, we are excited for this new chapter in her career. The good news is we'll still get to see her during our 4-H club visits at Athens Intermediate School!

June Horse Camp was a HUGE success!

We can't thank the Limestone Saddle Club enough for making it such a fun and educational experience for our 4-H'ers. We appreciate all the time, patience, and knowledge you shared with our kiddos!

We're excited to do it all again starting tomorrow with a fresh group of eager campers.
