TECU has been training & equipping the Called of Christ seeking to serve in Independent Ministry around the world and at home since 1999.

Trinity offers many Specialized Degrees in various areas of ministry. You may also want to review our Clergy Life Experience Portfolio (CLEP) Review Program for degree programs that recognize credit for life experience gained through both ministry and secular fields. Trinity has been empowering workers in the field for Christ since 1999, and we aren't going anywhere. Our highly specialized degree curricula have been developed in collaboration with graduates from some of the most distinguished Seminaries in the world, and have been widely accepted by prestigious secular and religious organizations across the globe. We verify all degrees for potential employers.

Theological education does not always begin at the same point for everyone.

Some people are looking for focused continuing education. Others may be ready for certificate study, an undergraduate program, graduate work, or doctoral-level education. Different seasons, responsibilities, and ministry goals can call for different kinds of preparation.

Before asking, “What does this passage mean to me?” it helps to begin with a simpler question:

What does the passage actually say?

Careful Bible study often begins with observation. What words or ideas are repeated? Who is speaking? Who is being addressed? What comes before and after the passage? How does it fit within the larger message of Scripture?

Those questions may seem basic, but they can keep us from moving too quickly from reading a verse to assuming we understand it.

Application matters. But thoughtful application grows from careful reading and responsible interpretation.

Christian education gives us room to slow down—to examine the text, consider its context, ask what the author is communicating, and continue learning before drawing conclusions.

Studying Scripture this way is more than an academic exercise. It can deepen our understanding of God’s Word and help prepare us to teach, encourage, and serve others with greater care.
