🎩 LORD LEONARD ASTER & MRS. BUMBRAKE 💃

We’re kicking off our cast introductions with two characters who couldn't be more different—but both play an important role in this incredible adventure!

🎩 LORD LEONARD ASTER
Proper, distinguished, and devoted to his duty, Lord Aster is a British gentleman on an important secret mission. As Molly's father, he is determined to protect his daughter while carrying out a dangerous assignment involving a mysterious trunk and its precious cargo.

🎭 Played by Cameron Griffis
Cameron is excited to return to the SNAPA stage in the part of Lord Leonard Aster. He has previously appeared as Jonathan in The Play that Goes Wrong and Mr. Northbrook/the Park Keeper in Mary Poppins. As an avid bird lover, he would like the audience to know that dodos were neither fat nor clumsy, but instead well-adapted to their native island home of Mauritius. He is thankful to director Karen Holmes for her guidance in portraying the complex, layered character that is Aster.

💃 MRS. BUMBRAKE
Molly's fiercely protective nanny, Mrs. Bumbrake is proper when she needs to be, outspoken when she wants to be, and absolutely unforgettable! She's not the sort of nanny who simply sits quietly on the sidelines—especially when adventure comes calling.

🎭 Played by Caleb Nichols
This talented Van High School student is making his Stage Notes debut and is excited to combine two of his favorite things: performing and having fun on stage! When he’s not busy with theater, you can find him on the tennis court, putting his skills to the test.
We’re so excited to welcome him to the Stage Notes family and can’t wait for you to see him take the stage in this hilarious role! Break a leg! 🎭❤️

As the final curtain falls, we’re left with full hearts and so much gratitude for everyone who helped bring Sherwood to life.

From setting the mood to highlighting the action, our lighting designer helps bring the world of Sherwood to life in a whole new way. Their creativity, timing, and dedication ensure that every scene gets the spotlight it deserves.

Reagan is no stranger to the SNAPA stage, but is taking her hand up in the tech booth. She has had such a blast learning how to manage and run the lights! She can’t wait for you enjoy this wonderful show with an absolutely hilarious cast. She will also be seen next in "Peter and the Starcatcher"!
