❤️ This picture means so much more to me now.

Eight years ago, my oldest daughter graduated from her very first Zumbini class with Miss Amanda. I remember watching her experience music through movement, instruments, laughter, and play—

And now, all these years later, I get to introduce my youngest to Zumbini too… but this time, as her instructor. ❤️

As an educator, I’ve always believed that some of the most meaningful learning happens when children don’t even realize they’re learning. Through music and movement, they’re building language, coordination, confidence, connection, creativity, and so much more—all while simply having FUN.

That’s a huge part of why I chose to become a Zumbini instructor. I love creating spaces where children can explore, be silly, make noise, move their bodies, connect with their grown-ups, and learn through joy.

There’s something incredibly full-circle about looking at this little girl in this photo and knowing that Zumbini became one of those special pieces of her childhood—and now I get to help create those memories for my youngest baby, my family, and a whole new generation of little ones. ☀️🎶

From being a Zumbini mama to becoming Zumbini with Ri… my heart is very full today. ❤️

And a special thank you to Amanda Smith, who gave us our very first Zumbini experience all those years ago. 🎶☀️

☀️ Sneak peek time! ☀️

Today I’ll be sharing a few behind-the-scenes peeks at everything I’m preparing for our FREE Zumbini Preview tomorrow! Each little musician will receive a colorful egg shaker to take home so the music, movement and fun can continue after class. 🎶🥚

Try these ideas with your shaker at home:

🎵 Shake along to your favorite songs
🐢 Shake slowly, then shake super fast
🤫 Explore quiet and loud sounds
🛑 Play a shake-and-freeze game
🌈 Practice naming colors and counting beats
👶 Let babies watch and track the shaker as you gently move it from side to side

Please supervise little ones while using their shaker.
