Trades Education Center exists to "Educate Through Experience" the next generation of tradesmen.
It's Week 3 for the Summer training and the apprentices learned all about valves, devices, and pumps along with applying the knowledge they are learning by roughing in the DWV system and the water distribution system for a lavatory sink on their rolling carts. Next week, they finish those lavatory sinks and move to kitchen sinks.
Georgia Senate Bill 553 goes into effect July 1, 2026 and it prohibits companies from offering or advertising plumbing services IF they do not have a Master Plumber license on staff. Go to http://legis.ga.gov and search Senate Bill 553 for the details.

Mike Rowe has clearly stated a concern we have had since we created TEC, and that is there just aren't enough trade schools to produce the numbers of skilled trades professionals to meeting the demand of the future. We are doing our best to provide that type of opportunity and we strongly believe our graduates would say we are doing it the right way. We have some exciting updates coming for 2027, but for now we'll keep training 8-12 plumbing helpers at a time, helping them gain entry into a life changing career if they want it. - TEC

We had a toilet begin leaking last night- called this morning and they were here by 12:30 today! Very responsive and reliable- we have used them before. Taylor was fantastic, measured for the new toilet, capped off the valve until they can come back and install. Highly recommend their services- prompt, clean and honest. - Pam B.

D-Day 82 year later. A generation who gave not only their lives in battle, but also left a legacy of hard work, determination, and willingness to sacrifice for something greater than themselves. May we honor and live out that legacy. - TEC
