Fall Commencement is this week, which means it's time to celebrate our fall graduates one last time 🥲🎓! Our first fall grad is Mia Gale, who is graduating with her BSA in food science in technology with the emphasis in STEM and minor in chemistry and culinary science & nutrition. After graduation, Mia is planning on returning to FST to continue her food safety studies under Dr. Faith Critzer as a master's student! Not a goodbye, but see you later and congratulations Mia! 🎉

FST has another successful Thanksgiving Turkey Smoke in the books, with a record-breaking 295 pieces of meat smoked this year! We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Danny Morris, our pilot plant manager, who organizes and smokes the turkeys!
