OHIO’s beautiful residential campus is a center for academic, social, cultural and recreational activities. Housing and Residence Life strives to engage, motivate and challenge students using our mission, values and goals for guidance. The department is responsible for the administration and programming within a housing system of 35+ residence halls across three residential greens that house over

7,000 students. We take pride in creating community and cultivating leaders across Ohio University by providing students with not only a safe and comfortable place to live, but also a thriving and vibrant educational community.

This position plays an important role in creating a positive residential experience for students at OHIO. From supervising and developing student staff to supporting community development, responding to student needs, and overseeing residence hall operations, this role helps create a welcoming and successful residential experience.
