Last week, leaders in education across the continent met in Mauritius on a dialogue, advocacy, and knowledge sharing around education policy formulation and implementation.

As we await the outcome of the meeting, we thought we should share this Rebecca Winthrop testimony before the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee on improving access to quality public education in Africa.
