Y'all, this has been an amazing move-in day! Beautiful weather, amazing helpers, and such sweet families! All my helpers have had such wonderful things to say about their families that they were working with and how nice you all were. Meeting some of y'all today felt like meeting best friends in person! I feel like some of you are already part of the family! I hope you have had an amazing move-in day if today was your day! And can't wait to continue meeting and working with y'all this week! Happy Move In Day potential new members! I have been sending texts regarding package pickups, so please check your messages for location. Feel free to send me a text if you haven't received it! Move-in helpers are at all the dorms, and they will be waiting for you in the lobby wearing a GA Mom lanyard at your assigned time. They may call you if they cannot locate you. Butter and I are working on scheduling, invoices, and all the little details! If you are scheduled for move in help for 8/9, please try to get your invoice paid by tonight so I know that you still need your spot. If you still need move in help and haven't signed up, message me ASAP and I'll see what I can do! If you are moving in 8/9, please also make sure you've paid your invoice for packages before move in/pickup. Invoices were sent a couple days ago via email. There is a lot of important info in the email, so please read! If you're moving in after 8/9, I promise I'll get invoices and info to you ASAP! Thanks for letting me ease your student's transition to UGA! And breathe.... It will all be ok! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Y'all! It's getting soooooo close to move in day. We are busy preparing and can't wait to welcome you to Athens (even Bubba the cat)! I can accept a few more dorm move ins, so if you need help, please submit your form ASAP. It will be closing soon! If you have packages or are already scheduled for moving help, you will be receiving emails from me in the next day or two with allllllll the information! If you're off campus, I still have your back too... Just let me know how I can help- vehicles, assembly, moving, etc. How many more sleeps till Athens? 🩷

Whew! It's been a busy day, y'all!

🏠 Welcome Home cookie cake delivery✔️
💐Sweet birthday surprise delivery from a Big to a Little✔️
🛏️ Last- minute bed and nightstand assembly so a student could sleep in her new room tonight✔️
💌Started on the pile of messages and began billing for packages and move ins✔️
I'll be sending y'all messages in the next couple days regarding packages and move in.

Y'all! Tomorrow is the LAST day of July! 🗓️ Which means move in is in 2 weeks for some of you, a week and a half for rush! (Be honest, who's counting how many sleeps they still have with their kiddo under their roof? 🤚) EEK... What's still on your to do list? What do you still need to buy? What are you worrying about? What can I help with? Heavy lifting for your dorm move? 💪 Don't know how to get it all here? 📦 Off campus move in help, furniture assembly, TV mounting, curtain hanging, or any other handyman type help? 📺 First aid kits? 🩹 Care packages for holidays, finals, etc.? ✔️ Sweet welcome home treat after they move in? 🍪 I'm working on first day of class treats and sorority deliveries and will have those up soon. Let us know what you're worrying about, what you still need to do, or what help you need! You will get it done! It will all work out! You got this! ❤️ PS- be glad this isn't your student's dorm set up!
