Each week for 8 weeks, incoming students will receive a personalized card and goodies welcoming them to UGA, like gift cards to local favorite establishments, UGA swag, and fun items created by local artisans. ❤️ 2026 UGA Dorm Move-In Services Are Officially Open! ❤️
I've had lots of questions already, so registration is now live for Fall 2026 move-in!
Here's the simple version:
🚗 You pull up. 📦 We unload. 🏠 We carry everything to your student's dorm room. ❤️ You enjoy move-in day.
Hands-On Unloading includes unloading your vehicle and transporting belongings to your student's assigned room, so you can focus on getting them settled instead of hauling boxes up stairs and across campus.
Need a little extra help? Optional add-on support is available for things like unpacking, organizing, and simple furniture assembly.
📦 Bonus: If you've used The GA Mom Package Receiving Service, we'll bring those items to the room too. No extra trips needed!
Move-in appointments are limited and will be scheduled around your assigned UGA move-in time.

I've been a college mom for quite a while. I've handled having an out of state student living 4 hours away. I thought I understood how y'all feel. I didn't. I'm sorry! ❤️ My sweet daughter left on Saturday for a new adventure in Colorado. Like 1300 miles from me. Like not a car ride away in an emergency. I am NOT ok!
