The summer rush is over! At one point, you couldn’t get a tour for even three weeks in advance! That has changed as school is back in session. That means more immediate booking availability. That also means some of our tours this time of the year don’t reach maximum capacity (meaning you might have a more personal/private tour). Visit our website to book a tour.

We have the best vet! Dr. Sarah Wallace just got done with checkups, vaccines, and all the other fun stuff on our bi-annual care plan. She travels quite a distance just for us. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Tennessee has several attractions where animal lovers can watch capybaras eat, swim, socialize, and lounge around like they have nowhere else to be.

May 22 - Madisonville Library 11-noon

June 12 - Rockwood Library 11-noon

June 25 - Meigs Library (Decatur) 1-2pm

June 26 - EG Fisher Library (Athens) 12:30-1:30pm

July 10 - Cleveland Library 4-5pm

July 15 - East Ridge Library 11-noon

July 17 - Graysville Library 12-1pm

July 31 - Katie Lamb Library (Collegedale) 11-noon
