Tom Hoenig, the Vice-Chair of the FDIC and former President of KC Federal Reserve Bank, will be on campus next Monday, November 2. He will speak to the college at 7:30pm in the McAllister Board Room.

This term was popularized by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, a finance professor and former Wall Street trader.
