When you’ve got a cozy indoor playground, gloomy days still feel full of wonder. Little feet can climb, explore, imagine, giggle, and play — all while staying warm and dry inside. 🤎

Sensory play is so much more than fun. It encourages curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, language development, and fine motor skills, all while giving little hands and minds the chance to explore the world around them.

From squishing and scooping to pouring and discovering new textures, every sensory experience is a chance to learn through play. Watching our little learners light up with excitement makes it even better! 💛

🐐🌿 A little adventure made for the perfect part of our day!

Today our friends enjoyed a stroll around the property to visit the monks’ goats. There were lots of smiles, curious little faces, and opportunities to talk about animals, nature, and caring for living things.

Simple moments like these create meaningful learning experiences while giving our children the chance to explore the beautiful surroundings that make First Steps so special. 💚
