Today, we kicked off our New York City-themed Homecoming Week with “Save the City” day! Students dressed up as their favorite superheroes, bringing plenty of energy and creativity to campus.

Our House Leadership Team also went all out, decorating the hallways and helping transform the school into a New York City experience.

What a great start to Homecoming Week! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings!

The Homecoming Bonfire is one of our favorite events of the year and a beloved Maur Hill - Mount Academy tradition. It’s a great opportunity to come together, celebrate our school community, and kick off Homecoming week!

Road Trip!

On Saturday, our boarding students headed out for one of the biggest trips of the year - a day in Branson, Missouri!

The adventure started early as everyone loaded up for the trip south. Along the way, the students made a stop at Buc-ee’s, giving many of our international students a fun introduction to one of the unique experiences of traveling through the Midwest.

Once in Branson, the group spent the day at Silver Dollar City, enjoying the rides, attractions, and 1800s-themed atmosphere of the park.

Before heading back to campus, everyone made one final stop at Braum’s for dinner and ice cream. After a full day of fun, the van ride home was a little quieter, with plenty of students catching up on some much needed sleep!

These experiences are an important part of the boarding school experience. They give our students the opportunity to experience life in the Midwest, explore new places, build friendships, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Congratulations to our Raven soccer team on a great road victory over Topeka Hayden this afternoon!

The Ravens trailed 2–0 at halftime but battled back with an incredible second half comeback to take the win.

With this victory, the Ravens are now riding a three game winning streak!

Our boarding students recently enjoyed a great trip to Omaha, Nebraska! They spent the day exploring the Omaha Zoo and wrapped up the evening with dinner in the historic Old Market District.

Experiences like these are an important part of our boarding program, giving students the opportunity to explore new places, build friendships, and make memories together outside the classroom.
