Got promoted to 5th degree with the new title of "Renshi" tonight. Couldn't be more humbled and honored, after 24 years in the martials arts, I still love what I do and appreciate everything it's done for me. Shoutout to Hanshi Frank for coming and sharing this moment and experience with me, and thank you for every opportunity you've ever given me, as well as all the training over the years and everything you've ever taught me. As well as a shoutout to Kyoshi Sprague for always expecting the best out of me. I will wear the rank and title with great pride.
