San Benito’s beloved Fall Festival is coming up!!! 🌻🍂🍁
And we need a Fall Festival Chair! 🎃

Don't get frightened! We already have a few wonderful volunteers interested in leading subcommittees, but we still need someone to help coordinate the overall event, plus a few more to join the team!

Interested in chairing, leading a committee, or simply lending a hand?
Come to our next PTA Meeting on Wednesday, September 9 to learn more and sign up!

We’re still looking for:

🍂 Fall Festival Chair — Help coordinate the subcommittee leads and overall event/site layout.

🍂 Trunk or Treat Subcommittee Lead — Coordinate Trunk or Treat participants and sign-ups.

🍂 Games Subcommittee Lead — Coordinate games and activity booths.

🍂 Decorating Team Lead — Help transform our campus and create a magical Fall Festival experience! We already have tons of decorations to work with!

Join us at the San Luis Obispo Children's museum for our schools exclusive Night at the Museum! Come enjoy all of the wonderful exhibits while the museum is open exclusively for us! Ticketed event with all proceeds benefiting our school!
Tickets can be purchased by scanning the QR code in the flyer.

Don't wait! There are only 300 spots available! Children under the age of two get in for free!

✨It's almost time for our annual Cash Calendar Fundraiser! ✨

Each Bengal student will receive their envelope with tickets and instructions next week!

We are searching for an individual to lead one of our long-standing Bengal traditions—Muffins in the Morning! 🧁☕ If we don’t find a chair by Friday, September 4th, this event will have to be cancelled.

When is the event? Planned for Friday, September 25th, from 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM (before school).
What does the Chair do? You will be the "muffin mastermind" behind the scenes! Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with vendors for food orders (seeking out those awesome discounts/donations!)
- Organize and recruit amazing volunteers to help with:
- Chopping and preparing fresh fruit
- Bringing essential supplies (napkins, plates, silverware)
- Setting up the event space
- Managing food stations during the event
- Leading the cleanup crew

You're Not Alone! We have a handy, easy-to-follow checklist of tasks to guide you every step of the way.
Expert Advice: Past event chairs are available for consultation and support. They want to see you succeed!
Make Memories: Our students and grown-ups look forward to this event every year. You can make it happen!
