Each New Moon offers an opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself. In this circle, we honor the cyclical nature of life and the rhythms within our own bodies, creating space to reflect, release what no longer serves, and set intentions for what is to come.

You’ll be guided through a simple yet deeply calming meditation practice designed to support clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of inner ease. This is a space to slow down, soften, and be held in quiet community.
