At Rockdale Music we offer private lessons, group classes, summer camps, recording & more with a goal of spreading positivity and a love for music, creativity and arts education. Rockdale Studios is a Full-Service Recording, Production & Design Studio in the Philadelphia suburb of Aston, PA on the banks of the Wild Chester Creek.

Join the Media Business Authority and on Wednesday, July 1st for a patriotic Dining Under the Stars celebration filled with history, live entertainment, and family fun throughout Media’s State Street District!

Meet the newest member of the Rockdale Squad - Alex Wash!🎶

Alex is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, bassist, drummer, pianist, and cover artist. He received his BA in music industry studies with a concentration in piano from Millersville University, where he fully took advantage of the recording studio to record, mix, and master his debut record.

Alex toured nationally with indie rock acts Perkasie, Spirit Family Reunion, and We Leave At Midnight. He also spent the last decade as a dueling pianist in piano bars across the country, and is currently co-fronting a local Philly band, Granddogs!

Alex’s functional and collaborative approach empowers aspiring musicians to play and create music they love, and provides them the tools to play socially and professionally.
