First Day of Summer School! It's going to be FUN and BUSY!

ONE DAY TO KICK-OFF! My name is Katie Crane. I’m a dual teacher. I’ll be doing yoga and mindfulness with the kids this year. I’m looking forward to seeing the kids open up to yoga and meditation, listening to their bodies and learning how to self regulate. I love seeing the change that happens for them over the 5 weeks we spend together.

Two Days to Kick-off Summer Advantage!
Beth Wissing is excited to be back with Summer Advantage again this summer. “I look forward to another summer of kids learning! What I most enjoy about participating in this important program is seeing all of the progress that students make this time of year It is a real game changer! I firmly believe in this program! “

Three Days to Kick-off Summer Advantage!
Jacqueline Sheler will be in Glenwood Springs Elementary School. “I teach with Summer Advantage because I want to have a positive impact on students’ lives. I am so excited to start school and meet all the students! I have 32 years of experience working with children”

Four Days to kick-off Summer Advantage!

Five Days to kick-off of Summer Advantage!
Mandy Laman will be teaching Summer Advantage at Crystal River Elementary School.” I am most looking forward to teaching a few topics of my choosing during afternoon enrichment programming, in addition to morning academics with math and reading!”

Six Days to kick-off of Summer Advantage!
Gabby Carpenter, at Basalt Elementary School, says what she most looks forward to during Summer Advantage every year is building those vital relationships that help kids learn. "This will be my 7th year! Kids don't learn from people they don't like so relationship building is foremost. We create a fun, engaging environment so that the scholars want to fully participate and enjoy!"
