We want to wish our U12, U14, and 2 HS women teams a successful tournament down in Hartford, WI this weekend. Games start early tomorrow morning and run potentially early evening on Sunday.

Play to final whistle, communicate, work together, and have a successful tournament before the season kicks off. We are all cheering for you.

Our u12s enjoying little team bonding competition before the tournament this weekend.

HS women with little team bonding activity. First time bring the ball from the back to the front and stack in cone. Ball is moved by player doing a sit up and handing to player in front of them. Continues repeating till front player receives and places on cone. Then we went back from front player to back player. Finally returning from back player to front player.

Little fun but works the core for the ladies.

It’s Game Day for our HS Women team as they take on Ripon College today. Great opportunity for exposure for our players, test themselves against college players, and play against unknown opponents prior to tournament next weekend.

Several of our HS women went to Smart Cow Yogurt Bar after practice tonight for some team bonding.

Our Adult Team played Howard Fire today at Ashwaubenon Sports Complex. 3 goals in total were scored between the two teams but only 1 goal counted in the game. Giving Synergy the 1-0 victory. Michael Romatowski was able to beat the keeper to the ball, move the ball around the keeper, and finish in the back of the net.

Nice end of the season win for the group.
