Today, 6p-7p, is the final summer workout for cross country. Runners who completed a running log for June should bring that to turn in.

The plan will be to meet at our usual spot, but we will be doing most of today’s workout indoors. There will be a short run, conditioning session and then a team game.

If you plan to come to the workout today, please hydrate all day prior to arrival and bring plenty of water for practice.
