Had a great time at the AHS vs SHS game last night! Love how our communities come together. ECTC Culinary represents students from every high school in St. Clair County so our support is equal, but our own Savonte Killian was an absolute stand out for SHS! Very proud of you!

First day team building in culinary arts! We are beyond excited to be in our new facility at ECTC. Our ribbon cutting is the 19th at 9 a.m. ❤️

We are excited to be able to partner with our local farms and the St. Clair Farm City program for a second year! On another great note, we will be moving into our new facility at ECTC on Friday ❤️

We are pleased to announce tickets are now available for our 2nd annual Field to Fork Experience!!!

This year our protein will be brought to you by Dye Branch Farms and the event will be hosted at Anderson Farm in Ashville, AL. Our very own ECTC Culinary Arts will preparing our plating our meal again as well! We’re excited to host another great event and to highlight even more farms across St. Clair County, we hope you’ll join us again for another experience of what our county has to offer!

Michael competed yesterday so today we got out and went to the National Fair, Capitol Hill, The Smithsonian Natural History Museum and the Lincoln Memorial! We definitely got our steps in!💗

Please pray for safe travels and a great week at the FCCLA National Leadership Convention as we travel to Washington D.C. tomorrow! Michael will compete on Tuesday though we won't know results until later in the week ❤️

A huge thanks to Earnest Roots Farm for having us today and St Clair County Farm-City for setting up this field trip and providing lunch! Students learned about chicken and cattle rotation, milking, feeding, egg collection, honey bees and how to graft fruit trees to a Bradford pear. It was several students first time on a farm and I am so glad they got to see it done right!
