Please be advised that due to the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature guidelines set forth by the IHSA we have decided to move tonight's kick-off to 8:00pm to allow for the safest environment for the players, coaches, and fans due to the heat. Second grade students started the year by getting creative! They followed a directed drawing and used different shapes to create lions that now decorate our zoo-themed hallways. What a fun way to kick off the school year!

Cultural creativity in action! As part of AFC’s new Spanish program, our students dove into Mexico’s Arte Popular and crafted their very own Alebrijes. Next week, they will practice their descriptive writing skills to bring these magical creatures to life.
