Dear Arrow Families,

Due to the potential for inclement weather on Saturday morning, we are moving our graduation ceremony to Arrow Arena (AHS gym) at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 6. This allows us to keep the time that graduates and families have planned for while eliminating the chance of weather disrupting the ceremony.

Doors will open for guests at 8:45 AM.

Graduates should arrive no later than 9:15 AM and should report to the Ashland High School cafeteria. We strongly recommend that graduates park in the middle school bus loop and enter AHS through the bus loop doors.

Each graduate received six tickets at graduation practice yesterday to distribute to guests they would like to attend the ceremony in the gym. All guests entering the gym (including infants and small children) count towards the six ticket limit. Due to space limitations, we are not able to provide additional tickets for any graduate.

Handicapped accessible seating will be available in the first few rows, but those spaces are limited. Limited handicapped parking will be available in our front student parking lot.

Archer Auditorium and the AHS Little Theater will be open as overflow viewing locations for anyone who would like to attend and watch the ceremony livestream. Archer Auditorium is air-conditioned, has comfortable seating, and does not require a ticket for entry.

Scholar Recognition Night is almost here! Join us Monday, May 18th, to celebrate our academic scholars, scholar athletes and department scholars!

This Friday, we invite all students and staff to wear blue as a sign of love, support, and solidarity for our friends and neighbors in Wooster following the heartbreaking loss of student Maddox Graser last week.
At times like this, we are reminded that school communities are bigger than buildings, mascots, or rivalries. We are connected by compassion, by shared experiences, and by our care for one another.
If you are able, please join us in wearing blue on Friday as a simple but meaningful way to let the Wooster community know they are in our thoughts.
