RETURNING HEAD START / EARLY HEAD START FAMILIES

June 8, 9, and 10 will be re-enrollment days at Bad River Head Start.

If your child will be returning to Head Start or Early Head Start for the 2026–2027 school year, please stop by the center anytime on those days to meet with staff and complete enrollment paperwork.

🚌 FIELD TRIP FUN AHEAD!

Bad River Head Start families — we are so excited for our upcoming trip to the Duluth Children’s Museum tomorrow! Students will get the chance to explore, play, learn, and make memories together outside of the classroom.

Please remember:
• EHS rooms and siblings attend at 10:00 am
• HS classrooms attend at 12:00 pm
• Transportation is not provided
• Bag lunches will be provided after your museum time
• There will not be school tomorrow at the center
• Adults are free, we pay for students. Other children’s admissions are not covered by Head Start.

We can’t wait to see everyone learning through hands-on play and exploration! ✨

🎓 Join us tomorrow evening for the Bad River Head Start Graduation Powwow as we celebrate our amazing graduates and all they’ve accomplished this year!

Families, community members, and supporters are invited to gather with us at the Bad River Health & Wellness Center from 5:00–6:00 PM for a special evening filled with celebration and recognition of our little graduates as they take their next big step.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Our students traded the classroom for fresh air and did something pretty special! They helped clean up our community 💛

At Bad River Head Start, we believe learning goes far beyond the classroom. Our teachers are helping children build pride in where they live, take care of the world around them, and understand what it means to be kind, responsible community members.
