Crestview Elementary School

Next week, our 3rd and 4th grade students will begin taking their state tests. The ELA test will be on Tuesday, April 14th and Wednesday, April 15th. The math test will follow the following week on Wednesday, April 22nd and Thursday, April 23rd. Our students have made a lot of progress this year, and they are ready to rock these tests! We are excited to see how well they do on the tests this year.

The attached flyer has some helpful testing tips for parents and students to help prep for testing in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for all of your help and support!

Kindergarten registration for the 2026-2027 school year is currently open. Children who will be 5 years old by August 19, 2026 are eligible to enroll. See our website for details. *The website might still list the 2025-2026 school year, but it is currently open for next school year.*

Hello, Heart Heroes! Are you ready?! The Kids Heart Challenge is coming to Crestview Elementary School! We have exciting things planned this year to get us moving, help others, and have fun. YM MW KHC 2025-2026 WO-26281: Crestview Elementary School - Kids Heart Challenge - American Heart Association The American Heart Association offers programs for the classroom and for the gym to get help kids healthy and performing better in school.

Register now for our Cheer Clinic, presented by the CHS Cheerleaders! Open to students in grades PreK-4.

Registration is open for Crestview preschool for the 2026-2027 school year! Preschool enrollment is available to district residents who are between the ages of 3 and 5 on August 1st.

Families interested in enrolling their child in Crestview’s preschool should complete the Request for Preschool Registration Enrollment Form on the district’s website (FinalForms will be completed later in the process). After completing the form, families will be contacted to schedule a screening appointment for their child. If you have questions, please call 419-895-1700, extension 717501.

Screening of applicants will begin in mid-March.

Elementary Parents: Our lost and found is overflowing with clothes. The items we have collected are in the attached pictures. If you recognize any of these items, your student may retrieve it from the tables setup in our hallway, or parents may stop into the building to pick up those items throughout the week. Anything left at the end of the week will be donated.

Dear Crestview Families: You are always so generous with your donations. We have used a lot of our extra clothes so far this year, and we are in need of a few items. If you might be able to help out, you can send any clean donations to the elementary school office. Thank you for all that you do for our students!

Picture retake day is this Thursday, October 16th. If students need pictures retaken, or they weren't taken on the original picture day, they can get pictures done that day.
