Good afternoon! High Attendance Day is Wednesday, September 9th!! Families, staff, and community members: Let’s come together and encourage every student to be present! Unless your child is ill, please make every effort to ensure they attend school ON TIME AND ALL DAY on Wednesday, September 9. Please reschedule any appointments for this day.

Classes who have perfect attendance will receive a pizza party and pajama day. All students with perfect attendance will receive a popsicle dance party!

❤️ Help us celebrate our newest Heart of the School honoree, Bethany Crouch from Boyd County Middle School!

Some of the biggest hearts in a school are found in the people doing things others may never even see. That’s exactly the kind of person Mrs. Crouch is. 🎨❤️

As an art teacher at Boyd County Middle School, Bethany consistently goes above and beyond—not for recognition, but simply because she cares. She’s always willing to step in, lend a helping hand, and take care of the details behind the scenes that help her school community thrive.

Her dedication and thoughtfulness are felt by both students and staff. She gives her time, energy, and heart wherever they’re needed, always keeping the success of her students and her school at the center of what she does.

Mrs. Crouch is a beautiful example of what it looks like to serve others faithfully, even when no one is watching—and that’s what makes her a Heart of the School!
