9 Southern Oregon University students of the McNair Program went to UCLA to present at the annual McNair Scholars Conference. Including our very own Jerome Ball and Sam O’Sullivan from Digital Cinema. We are so excited to see where this work goes!

DCin student Sam O’Sullivan presenting “How Michael Moore uses Performative Mode in Documentary Film” & Jerome Ball’s presentation on Documentary Film, Mental Illness and the Production of Stigma, from their essay in Chris Lucas’s DCIN 363: Documentary Theory and Practice.

From start to finish! 8 weeks of hard work and we have a finished short film to show to for it! We were assigned duties, researched and scouted, casted locally, etc, ect! As a team we can’t wait to show you FLOWER DAY. Thank you for following us on this journey!
